The Aston Business School project involved a new extension and refurbishing the ground floor of the existing facility. The L shaped extension sits against the existing L shaped building to form a landscaped courtyard. The ground floor of the building consists of hospitality and conferencing facilities, two large lecture theatre pods are located within the double height reception area surrounded by breakout facilities. The upper floors contain office and research accommodation. 80 new bedrooms were also added to the conference facility over four floors providing luxury accommodation for visiting syndicates.
