The project provided the opportunity to demolish a number of inefficient spaces to the rear side of the property allowing the remodelling and extension of the house to both the ground and first floor. The new layout provides contemporary flexible family living, spilling into the garden to maximise the living space both inside and out. Project completed in collaboration with Hipkins Architects.
