PRIVATE HOME, SUTTON COLDFIELD

It is always satisfying when a project is completed and we see the photographic results. This is one of our house extension projects in Sutton Coldfield completed last year. The project replaced a run down extension and part of the side garage to create a light filled family space that complimented an already lovely home. The use of glazed tiles and render contrast with the red brick of the existing house.

We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Ian and Andrew at Fleming James Architects. They designed a stunning modern kitchen and utility extension for us that is just a joy to now be living in. The entire process from initial scoping, through various design iterations and to build was great fun. Ian and Andrew were incredibly patient with our changing ideas and wants and delivered a stunning final design. Thanks for everything re Mayfield. You really did a phenomenal job!
