PRIVATE HOME, SUTTON COLDFIELD

The construction of a garden room located to the rear of the property provided an additional lounge / dining space. The glazed side and end of the pod can be fully opened up allowing the space to flow out into the surrounding garden. The room forms a calm retreat away from the main house. Classed as an outbuilding the room was built under permitted development negating the need for planning permission.

"The design of the garden room, taking into account the narrowness of the site, has proven a total success. The layout and the use of bifold doors has produced a space that is very flexible in use."
