WORK IN PROGRESS: Family Home Reworked

Design work is well underway on a family home in Sutton Coldfield. The project involves a contemporary ground floor extension and refurbishment. We are also looking at options for the first floor to create an additional bedroom with ensuite. The existing house has a large unusable rear extension which makes the current lounge dark and isolated from the garden, our scheme removes the extension and replaces it with a shallower rear and side extension. This adds new living space and helps to bring light back into the middle of the house and reconnect it with the garden. Our design aims to improve the flow of spaces around the house, maximise natural daylight and space available.
