LOFT OF JOY

Fleming James Architects plans for a large loft conversion in Walsall. The converted roof space will create a fun space for the families children, with room for them to grow in to and adapt as they get older. A new feature staircase leads to the loft where there is a sunken snug, open plan ‘bedroom’ and play areas. A three storey void is being created over the kitchen to form a dramatic feature flooding the space with natural light from above. The images show the concept design proposals with colours identifying the various zones of the loft conversion.
