CONCEPT DESIGN: Bricks & Shingles

Concept design proposals for a modern extension in Moseley using cedar shingles and grey facing brickwork. The extension to the end terraced property provides a new kitchen and dining space with great links to the large garden. Set at a lower level than the main house it addresses both the existing floor levels and gardens level via a stepped patio. The design also incorporates remodelling and opening up the rear of the house to provide a central study space with views across to the lower kitchen. The open study area acts as a connecting space back to the remainder of the house.
