Works are due to start on site soon for a large residential refurbishment and extension at a private detached house in North Birmingham. Having been granted planing permission earlier this year the contemporary design provide a much needed facelift to the entire house. The rear two storey extension maximises views across the large mature garden that is set down at a lower level to the house.

To the front the modern adaptions provide a covered entrance and sense of arrival to the front door that is sadly lost in many modern houses and lacking with the current 'flat' front of the house. Internal alterations throughout increases the number of bedrooms and provides open but flexible living space for the family.
