PLANNING GRANTED FOR WALSALL HOME

Planning permission has been granted for the extension and remodelling of a large family home in Walsall. The proposals also include a landscape design to the large garden. Our proposals readdresses a series of poor extensions and awkward internal layout to create a modern cohesive home.

To the rear of the house the roof has been modified to accommodate a guest bedroom in the loft and a raised ceiling level over the master bedroom.

Along with re modelling the house the layout of the garden has been designed to response to the internal layouts of the house. Works around protected trees to the perimeter of the site added another challenge which was successfully resolved with the planners.
