We are looking forward to progressing our house refurbishment / extension project in Welford-on Avon once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

The elevation above shows the front of the house as proposed with a new 2 storey contemporary gable extension with re-worked entrance. The gable and entrance will be clad in charred timber set against Cornish slate roof tiles.

The elevation above shows the rear of the house as proposed.

The existing conservatory will be removed to be replaced by a single storey extension. The design incorporates a curved zinc roof with large sliding doors which open the corner of the kitchen dining space onto the terrace.

Construction is due to begin later this year so look out for progress...
